Initial Consultation is free - At this meeting we will hear your vision.  We will present our services to you.  You will choose which of our services you need for your event.  We can't wait to meet you!

Service Package Options:

1. Consultation Only - Giving you information, ideas, and tools for planning and managing a successful event.  We can answer questions such as:
   • What are the things I want to do in the first couple of months when planning my wedding?  Set your budget, set your date, speak with your parents etc, and organize a guest list, research venues, look at wedding dresses, start to plan your engagement party 
   • What type of a meeting room is best for my meeting?  Pending on the type of meeting and the amount of people, you may want to get a meeting room with good ceiling height for better sound quality of presenters and participants.
2. Event or Wedding Planning Only - We will plan your event for you.  With your vision, input, and our talent, we will plan an event that is within your budget, with a goal of exceeding your expectations.  From your budget to your post event needs, we take care of all details or just those you would have need of us to do.  For ex: You may need us to plan your entire event, or you may just need us to do an itemized budget.  You may also just need us to research, contact, and set up meetings for you with vendors.  We would then follow up with them after they are hired, ensuring they are ready for your event day.  With this package we are usually not there the day of the event unless requested. 
3. Day of Event or Wedding Management or Coordination - We are there the day of your event to ensure everything is in order.  From directing guests to managing vendors, by meeting with you prior to the event, and getting all necessary information, we will ensure the management of your event day is stress free.  This package usually means there is little to no planning done by us, but we are needed the day of the event for a smooth process.
4. Full Service Event or Wedding Planning (Consultation, Event Planning, Event Management) - This means providing all steps of your event from beyond start to post finish.  Here are some of the things we will do for you:
   • Reviewing and helping to develop your vision
   • Preparing your budget
   • Choosing and/or reserving a venue
   • Researching and/or providing and reserving vendors and entertainment
   • Some assistance with contracts
   • Selecting menu
   • Providing information such as guest hotel and transportation reservations
   • Guest and participant communication
   • Program development
   • Venue and vendor follow ups
   • Day of event management
   • Vendor and venue payments
   • Continued follow up with you
   • Budget Management
   • Etc.

Fees for Full Service Event Planning are relative but not limited to budget, size, ongoing client updates, and extent of event preparation and planning from start to finish

Fees for other packages are based on your event needs.
